Deliberate Creation

“That which I give thought to, I begin to attract” -Abraham

What is deliberate creation? Is it possible to deliberately intend what we want? Absolutely! Whatever you frequently give your attention to, you will attract into your experience, whether you want it or not. So, it is a good idea to practice deliberate creation by choosing what you intend to give your attention to.

Here is another very insightful, very intriguing quote from Abraham in the book, "Ask and it is Given", by Jerry & Esther Hicks: “You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of illness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way”.

Why does this happen? As we speak of anything, we have feelings about it. Our feelings are like magnets. What we frequently FEEL, we attract. If we frequently feel poor, we attract more poverty. If we often feel lonely, we attract more loneliness. If we mostly feel prosperous, we attract more prosperity.

IS THIS POWERFUL OR WHAT? So wouldn’t it make sense to frequently INTEND to give your attention to pleasing, productive thoughts that will begin attracting more pleasing, productive experiences? This is Deliberate Creation.

It is powerful to deliberately focus on the positive aspects of what you want which will magnetically attract thoughts and experiences that will be more pleasing to you. There is a lot of power in deliberately giving your attention to SOLUTIONS for a “problem”, rather than giving attention to the details of problem itself.

We have found it very helpful to state our intentions for each day in order to deliberately focus our daily experiences. We start each day by saying things like:

I intend to have a good day today.

I intend to think only good thoughts today.

I intend to attract experiences that are pleasing to me today.

I intend to find things to be grateful for today.

I intend to appreciate everyone I meet today.

To your success...
